Until 2021 Michael Joerg was an Investment Professional for Private Markets at Swiss Life Asset Managers. Swiss Infrastructure Asset Management AG was incorporated in 2021. Since 2022 Michael Joerg is Managing Director at Bernina Solar AG, the first project company spun off the Swiss Infrastructure Asset Management Plattform. The next solar spin-off is planned for 2024.

Michael Joerg holds a Licentiate from the University of Zurich with a Master Thesis in Economics (2003), and a Master of Business Administration, EMBA (2017).
